Privacy policy

In brief

This brochure website asks you for no personal data: no account, no form, no advertising cookies. It does measure its traffic with Google Analytics, described below. The only data you send us directly is what you choose to email us.

What the website stores on your device

Two preferences are stored locally in your browser using localStorage: your light or dark display choice and your language choice. They never leave your device, cannot identify you and can be removed at any time by clearing the website data. This strictly functional storage is exempt from consent under CNIL guidelines.

Audience measurement

This website uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to know how many people visit it and which pages interest them. The tool stores cookies on your device (_ga, _ga_*) and sends Google browsing data: pages viewed, referrer, device type, and the country and region inferred from your IP address — which Google Analytics 4 does not store. This data is never used for advertising or sold, and is kept for 2 months at most.

You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking this site's cookies in your browser: the site works exactly the same without it.

Email contact

The “Book a demo” links open your email software addressed to contact@fidair.com. The information you then send us (email address and message content) is used only to reply and prepare the requested demonstration. It is neither sold nor shared and is retained for no more than 24 months after our last exchange.

The Fidair product and your customers

The Fidair reader and wallet loyalty cards involve data processing described in the contractual documentation supplied to merchants (record of processing activities and processing under Article 28 of the GDPR), to be completed before launch. This document covers only the brochure website.

Hosting and technical logs

Like any web server, our host, OVH SAS, may log technical connection data (IP address, timestamp and requested resource) for security and diagnostic purposes for a limited period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your personal data. To exercise them, email contact@fidair.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
