Which phones does it work with?
iPhone and Android. The card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, already installed on almost every recent phone. No app to download.
Do my customers need to create an account?
No. One tap on the reader is enough: the card appears immediately. No form, password or email confirmation.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes. The reader plugs in via USB-C and is configured from your Fidair account. No technical work is needed in store.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. Your customer database belongs to you, is hosted in Europe and can be exported at any time. Fidair is GDPR-compliant.
What if a customer doesn’t have a wallet?
